This policy explains what the pre-launch Geddo website collects, why, and what choices may be available to you. Last updated: September 3, 2026.
Information you submit
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email, country, issue category, and message, together with a reference number and submission time. Do not send information we do not need to resolve your request.
Launch interest and reading preferences
If you register launch interest, we save your email, preferred game, language, consent version, and consent and submission timestamps. This is for a launch update only and does not create an account or reservation. You can withdraw consent or request deletion through the contact page. Your text-size preference is saved in your device’s browser and is not used to track you.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure may process basic technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type, and security or error logs. The site does not currently use behavioral advertising.
Why we use information
We use contact information to review and respond to requests, protect the service, understand recurring problems, and meet appropriate legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate the site, or where required by law. We keep support messages for a reasonable period needed to handle the request and protect the service, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate.
Security
We use measures appropriate to the nature of the information, but no transmission or storage method is completely guaranteed. Do not send passwords, financial information, or sensitive documents through the form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain uses. We may need to verify your identity. Use the contact form and choose “Account or my information” or “Launch or something else.”
Children and updates
The site is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children below the age allowed by local law without appropriate consent. Material updates will be posted here with a new date.
